Responsibilities & Context:
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in procurement and supply chain management within the food industry, as the role involves overseeing all purchasing and sourcing activities for the company`s restaurant division.
Receive Purchase Requisitions.
Procure materials as per specification.
Maintain the lead time for product delivery.
Sourcing material from the local market.
Procure material under the procurement policy.
Working Ahead, making adjustments, and meeting deadlines on time.
Generator, Ride, etc. Fuel arrangements for the Complex.
Prepare a different purchase report.
