Responsibilities & Context:

1. Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

2. Promote and sell the company's products and services to corporate and individual clients.

3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for prospective clients.

5. Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

6. Follow up on customer inquiries, bookings, and payments to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and events.

8. Maintain accurate customer records and update all sales activities in the company's CRM or sales software.

9. Ensure that all bookings, agreements, and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.

10. Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

11. Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer requirements, and provide feedback to management.

12. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and other marketing activities as assigned.

13. Maintain confidentiality of company information, customer data, pricing, and business strategies.

14. Follow all company rules, policies, and ethical standards while performing assigned duties.

15. Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.

16. Ensure proper approval is obtained before confirming any discounted or credit sales.

17. Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager or management from time to time.
