Purchase fresh fish from local Arot as per demand.
Negotiate prices with suppliers.
Monitor receiving, grading, and quality control.
Ensure proper quantity entry in system/app.
Coordinate under-delivery and manage supplier performance.
Prepare bills and maintain documentation.
Duty Time: 03:00 AM – 11:00 AM
