Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify and convert local grocery and super stores into retail outlets.

• Source potential investors and suitable locations for new store expansion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local store owners, landlords, and external stakeholders.

• Conduct market visits to identify high-potential areas for retail expansion.

• Support onboarding and initial setup of newly converted retail outlets.

• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

• Achieve assigned targets related to store conversion and expansion.
