Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

· Identify business opportunities from Government, UN, NGO, INGO, donor-funded projects, and private sector organizations.

· Monitor procurement portals including e-GP, UNGM, and other tender platforms.

· Prepare EOIs, RFQs, ITBs, RFPs, technical proposals, and bid submissions.

· Coordinate supplier sourcing, quotation collection, and procurement activities.

· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and strategic partners.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

·  Support contract implementation and operational coordination.

· Identify export opportunities and communicate with international buyers.

· Coordinate export documentation, logistics, and shipment activities.

· Prepare business reports, presentations, and commercial correspondence.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Marketing, International Business, Agricultural Economics, Economics, or a related field.

· Master's degree will be considered an advantage.

Experience

· 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, procurement, tender management, supply chain, export or trading operations.

· Experience with Government, UN, NGO, or development sector procurement is must.

· Experience in food, agriculture, trading, or export-related businesses will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

· Excellent written and spoken English and Bangla.

· Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
