• At List 8 - 10 yrs Experience Real estate Procurement.

• Manage all incoming and outgoing construction materials.

• Receive materials as per challan, purchase order, and requisition.

• Verify material quality and quantity upon receipt.

• Issue materials according to approved requisitions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Coordinate with procurement, project engineers, and site management regarding material requirements.

• Good Knowledge about Procurement & SCM.

• Good Knowledge about sanitary item, finishing material, brick & sand.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain related jobs.

• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and

suppliers.

• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.

• Overseeing and managing the inventory and the supply of goods & preparing procurement reports.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimum quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and sourcing opportunities.
