ACI Premio Plastics Ltd. is looking for a competent and experienced professional for the position of “Manager, Supply Chain” to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Management

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth plans.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, service level, and cost effectiveness.

  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions where necessary.

  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Lead procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, accessories, machinery spare parts, and indirect purchases.

  • Develop strategic sourcing plans and negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

  • Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier assessments and development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and governance requirements.

Demand Planning & Production Planning

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Production teams to forecast demand accurately.

  • Ensure effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

  • Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement to support production schedules.

  • Optimize production planning to ensure customer order fulfillment and inventory control.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Establish inventory control mechanisms to maintain optimum stock levels.

  • Monitor inventory turnover, stock aging, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

  • Ensure accuracy of inventory records and periodic stock reconciliation.

  • Drive initiatives to reduce inventory carrying costs without affecting operational continuity.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities.

  • Ensure timely transportation and delivery of materials and finished goods.

  • Optimize logistics costs through route planning, freight management, and vendor negotiations.

  • Monitor logistics service providers and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.

Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings across procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations.

  • Lead supply chain digitization and automation initiatives.

  • Improve operational efficiency through process standardization and Lean practices.

  • Conduct spend analysis and recommend strategic sourcing opportunities.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.

  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness across supply chain functions.

  • Support internal and external audits related to procurement, inventory, and logistics activities.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Build succession plans and develop future leaders within the function.
