2–5 years of experience in knit composite factory
Freshers are no need to apply.
Strong knowledge of knit fabrics (jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, etc.)
Understanding of knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garment production processes
Knowledge of costing and consumption calculation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Problem-solving mindset
Working knowledge in ERP systems, MS Office Excel
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle order development, costing and sampling processes efficiently.
Receive and review buyer tech packs, specifications, and order details
Coordinate with factories, production team, planning team and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Ensuring raw materials sourcing, procuring and approval on due time.
Monitor production progress, quality standards, planning with shipment timeline.
Identify and resolve production or supply chain issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with factory policies, buyer requirements, local laws and others others policies.
Ensure Time & Action (T&A) calendar and deadlines.
Prepare and maintain all merchandising related documentation and reports.
Confirm order feasibility with internal departments (knitting, dyeing, finishing, sewing)
Analyze market trends and explore opportunities for business growth.
