• Strong understanding of export-oriented RMG manufacturing operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented General Manager – Production & Marketing (Knitting Division) for our 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Factory. The incumbent will lead the Knitting Division by overseeing production planning, operational excellence, marketing, customer relationship management, and business growth while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Production & Marketing operations of the Knitting Division.

• Develop production strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and explore new business opportunities.

• Monitor production targets, delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost control.

• Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure effective resource planning, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency.

• Prepare budgets, production forecasts, and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to achieve organizational objectives.

• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to business expansion.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
