Ensure the quality as per buyer Standard.

Advice for technical side in all system to get better quality product.

Following quality Management System (QMS).

Making standard operation procedure (SOP).

Responsible to take over all detail file of every running style.

Ensure production quality from fabric / Accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.

Have to confirm cut to ship matters of the products.

Make sure and confirm if style wise fabric / Accessories have been received in fabric store and accessories store.

Make sure fabric inspection and physical inventory of the accessories has been done on time.

Have to follow up and maintain AQL standard in all label of production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality department.

Have to handling buyer and buying house with technically regarding quality.

Maintain the department KPI.

Have to reduce defect and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issue.

Have to monitoring fabric inspection / shade/ GSM/ color continuity card / shrinkage and twisting (spirality report).

Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainee.

Ensuring all quality and production issue by auditing and controlling.

Lead the quality staff and GPQ.

Continuous improving process to meet standard and improve effectiveness of delivered service.

Responsible for size set making on time and monitoring before and after wash measurement report. With pattern rectification.

Co-ordinate buyer, merchant and production team.

Responsible to handle any technical audit.

Responsible to make team building.

Reduce Rejection % and short shipment.

Right time shipment with right quality.

Overall report to department head.
