Responsibilities & Context:

Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.

Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing administrative expenses and other expenses.

Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.

Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

To maintain local Procurement and procure as per Head Office Procurement instruction.

Responsible for Office Dining, kitchen, Canteen, Buying QC and follow-up office assistance operation daily basis as per the requirement.

To work to workers good working atmosphere and life style and other welfare related matters.

Encourage and recommend the authority to orientation program as per management instruction and assist any other work instruction from management.

To maintain All transportation required to the company and control the system.

Distribution of transport, maintenance, repair and utilization of all the vehicle fleet of the area.

To ensure the proper utilization and efficient use of the funds being granted to the transport of PKCL.

To allocation and proper rotation of appropriate work and assignments to the employees or junior officers.

To carry out the tasks such as attending and heading meetings which are to decide the welfare of the transportation facilities of that particular road and user.

To the coordination of training courses and workshops which are held to raise the issues related to transportation etc.

To evaluate employee performance and coordinating the individual yearly work plans for all the unit managers and other employees working in the transport department of that area.

Maintain Daily Officer tiffin, Carpenter, Mechanic, drivers etc.

Any Others job assign by the Management.
