• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in Knit Garment Industries.

• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Strong Knowledge of raw material production, procurement, logistic processes.

• Proven ability to manage fabric, trims and accessories production and inventories with minimal wastage.

• ERP software inventory management, Microsoft Excel, Quality Management system.

• Excellent leadership skill to manage functional team, analytical and problem solving skill and coordinate with procurement, merchandising, planning, IE and production.

• Prepare material requirement plan, ensure material arrival and distribute time to meet production lead time as per SOPs.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives

• Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, and supplier relationships

• Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize costs and avoid stockouts

• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution activities

• Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, sales, and finance

• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies

• Lead, train, and evaluate supply chain team members

• Ensure compliance with factory policies, buyer requirements and local laws

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional visits to warehouses, factories, or supplier locations

• May require extended hours during peak operational periods
