• Manage day-to-day communication with international customers and ensure timely responses to inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction and relationship management.

• Coordinate customer requirements, specifications, forecasts, and updates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

• Monitor and follow up on the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to final shipment, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with Product Development and Manufacturing teams to ensure samples are developed and delivered within agreed timelines.

• Track material readiness, production progress, and shipment schedules to proactively address risks and ensure on-time order fulfillment.

• Liaise with Costing, Sourcing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve customer requirements and business objectives.

• Support export documentation, compliance requirements, and shipment execution to ensure smooth international trade operations.

• Analyze order status, shipment performance, and business data to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare customer presentations, business reports, order status updates, and management reports to support decision-making.

• Contribute to customer retention, shipment targets, revenue growth, and profitability through proactive coordination and problem resolution.
