Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other store items. The ideal candidate should have strong record-keeping skills, attention to detail, and experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.

• Issue materials according to approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.

• Coordinate with the procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store area.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and audit requirements.
