• Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, spare parts, and finished plastic products.

  • Implement strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to prevent the aging and degradation of specific polymers and additives.

  • Conduct regular physical stock verifications and reconcile them with the ERP system to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Material Handling & Storage Optimization:

  • Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive chemical additives, color masterbatches, and hygroscopic resins.

  • Optimize warehouse floor space and racking systems for bulk resin silos, jumbo bags, and palletized finished goods.

• Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate closely with the Production Department to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials to extrusion/injection molding lines.

  • Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics teams to schedule incoming material deliveries and outgoing shipments.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain meticulous records of Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Notes (MRN), and dispatch documents.

  • Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards, especially regarding the handling of hazardous chemicals or fire hazards common in plastic manufacturing.

• Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor store keepers, forklift operators, and loaders.
