Responsibilities & Context:

1. Prepare daily operation bulletins and line layouts.

2. Check workers' daily attendance and make adjustments to balance the production line.

3. Monitor hourly in-line production and follow up to achieve daily production targets.

4. Follow up on new style changes and record QCO time.

5. Conduct regular Time Studies, Capacity Studies, and Motion Studies as required.

6. Analyze individual operators' skill levels and monitor their performance.

7. Identify bottleneck processes and balance the production line.

8. Prepare and monitor line score sheets based on hourly output.

9. Conduct production studies for critical processes.

10. Implement 5S practices in the working area.

11. Identify opportunities to improve operations.

12. Coordinate with Sewing Technicians and Line Supervisors for line setup and feeding.

13. Be able to execute the production plan on the production line.

14. Update the Skill Matrix on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

15. Assess, calculate, and record Non-Production Time (NPT) on production lines and implement actions to reduce NPT.

16. Train the concerned employees to improve productivity.

17. Develop innovative ideas to improve the production process and product quality.

18. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
