Responsibilities & Context:

•Oversee the entire production department and assist the top management in strategic operational planning.

•Develop and implement production budgets, cost-reduction strategies, and efficiency enhancement plans.

•Monitor factory KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and implement corrective actions where necessary.

•Supervise the production management team and ensure strong inter-departmental coordination (Store, Commercial, Quality).

•Handle client audits and ensure the factory floor meets international compliance and safety standards.

•Troubleshoot major operational bottlenecks and ensure timely shipments.

•Foster a productive and disciplined work culture across the factory.
