• Age At least 27 years

• Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and merchandising processes.

• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

A leading 100% export-oriented apparel manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Merchandiser to join its Merchandising team.

• Assist in managing apparel orders from product development to shipment.

• Coordinate with international buyers, factories, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Monitor production progress and ensure timely execution of orders.

• Prepare merchandising reports, order status updates, and related documentation.

• Support buyer communication and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.
