We are a leading 100% export-oriented Knit Garments Manufacturing Company with a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Finishing Department.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all finishing operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
Plan, monitor, and control finishing processes to maximize productivity and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, Planning, and Merchandising teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor packing, metal detection, final inspection, and shipment readiness.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, health & safety, and factory regulations.
Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and motivate departmental staff through effective leadership and training.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
