∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering background from BUTEX or Any National Textile College.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have above 6 years experiences in respective field in well reputed high compliance industry working with top international brands like as M&S, C&A, H&M, American Eagle, Mango, Puma etc.
∎ Ready to work any situation in a least possible time.
∎ To work in different shifts and leading the large numbers of team.
∎ Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels.
∎ Good knowledge in computer (MS word, Excel, Power point)Energetic, confident and proactive
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain proper KPI target Work with internal departments to ensure Quality, Production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Capable to handle knitting department independently with big volume of fabrics 50 tons per day including in-house production and outside sourcing & 100 running machines operate.
∎ Ensuring 100% utilization of the knitting capacity of the factory.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
∎ Perform knitting sourcing, pricing and costing based on guidelines provided by the management.

∎ Ensure on time delivery as per central planning with 100% quality including correct dia & GSM.
∎ Follow TNA as per ERP solution.
