Bachelor’s degree (Textile Engineering / Fashion / Arts or any other related fields) Also highly technical person can be consider

• Age At least 25 years

• 5+ years in sweater programming using HQPDS,Raynen (Model Plus and M1 Plus-will be in an additional ) CAD systems.

• Strong knowledge of CAD programming and flat knitting technology.

• Excellent understanding of sweater structures, yarn behavior, gauges, and knitting techniques.

• Knowledge of machine settings, troubleshooting, and production optimization.

• Ability to analyze buyer specifications and develop accurate knitting programs.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Work under pressure / Stress management.

• Computer Knowledge in Office Management

• Adobe photoshop, Illustrator will be consider as a added skills.

• Develop knitting programs for sweater production

• Convert buyer tech packs and design specifications into machine programs.

• Prepare and optimize knitting structures, stitch settings, yarn feeders, and machine parameters.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, and Production teams.

• Conduct trial knitting and troubleshoot programming issues.

• Develop new knitting techniques and structures for product development.

• Reduce knitting defects and improve machine efficiency and SMV.

• Maintain program libraries, technical records, and style databases.

• Provide technical support and training to operators and junior programmers.

• Ensure timely completion of development and production programs.

• Collaborate with machine technicians to resolve machine-related issues.

• Participate in process automation and productivity improvement initiatives.
