Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Planning (Cutting) to join our Knit Garments Manufacturing team. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all cutting-related activities to ensure timely execution of production schedules and optimum utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cutting plans based on production requirements and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Fabric Store, and Cutting departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor fabric availability and cutting input status to support production targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of cutting capacity, manpower, and machinery.
Follow up on cutting progress and take corrective actions to eliminate bottlenecks.
Track cutting efficiency, wastage, and productivity performance.
Prepare and maintain cutting-related reports, dashboards, and production status updates.
Coordinate with the Fabric Warehouse to ensure timely fabric issuance according to the cutting plan.
Support management in achieving on-time shipment and production objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to planning and production control.
