Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to maintain quality management system
Ensuring all documents and records in the lab are maintained properly.
To ensure the tests are performed as per tests requested with standard.
Ensure the calculation of raw data, data transfer is correct.
Execution the corrective and preventive action.
Responsible for validation of methods and calibration of the instruments.
Indenting of consumable, standard and chemical as well.
To maintain the stock level of chemical and consumable.
Identification of non-conformance in testing activities.
Monitoring the TAT and reporting to Lab Manager.
