• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Result-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

• Knowledge of merchandising and supply chain processes.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

·        Handle buyer inquiries, product development, costing, price negotiation, order confirmation, and shipment follow-up.

·        Coordinate with factories, sourcing, QA, planning, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.

·        Monitoring the sample section, sample booking and accessories supply for making samples and sample collection.

·        Planned and developed merchandising strategies that balanced customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives.

·        Communicate and collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales.

·        Style-wise material projection.

·        Regularly communicate with the store and Commercial department for updated in-house material.

·        Accessories sourcing, negotiating pricing, booking, collecting and regular follow-up accessories stock.

·        Analyses sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.

·        Support and assist with shipment plans.

·        Regular follow-up order status.

·        Regular floor visits.

·        Maintain the quality as per buyer requirements.

·        Check the quality of trims and accessories as per SOP.

·        Figure out Quality-related issues, report and solved.

·        Follow up on cutting, sewing, finishing department production and quality.

·        Daily basis quality report.
