Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversight of administrative functions: The day-to-day management of the facility, such as housekeeping, utilities, and office supplies.
- Security management: Supervises the factory's security team to ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel.
- Liaison: Act as the primary contact with government and non-government Organization.
- Operational efficiency: Monitoring and improving administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure cost-efficient operations without compromising safety and quality.
- Others Administrative work assigned by Management.
