Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Basic VBA/Macros, advanced formulas, data analysis, conditional formatting, charts, and report preparation.

Job Context

The Product Compliance Jr. Officer supports sustainable material certifications—including Textile Exchange, GOTS, Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), and Lenzing—manages all TC/Certification-related tasks, and provides administrative and communication support to the team and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and review documents; share feedback with the Team Leader.

• Maintain and monitor the master tracker for all certification/TC requirements.

• Maintain records of certification applications, validity, databases, and TC status.

• Follow up with factories to ensure timely certification/TC applications and final issuance.

• Ensure factories understand all certification/TC requirements.

• Arrange meetings/calls for Standards Certifications & Assurance and share action points.

• Stay updated on changes in Textile exchange, GOTS, , BCI, Lenzing, and other relevant standards.

• Verify supply chain alignment between inspection reports, hangtags, care labels, and sustainability certifications.

• Expand knowledge and take on increasing responsibilities within the Product Compliance team.
