• Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other applicable quality management systems.

• Familiarity with root cause analysis and CAPA processes.

• Experience preparing SOPs, test reports, and audit documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills for training staff and coordinating with production/operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to make sure they meet specs.

• Implement and monitor ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other quality standards relevant to the industry.

• Maintain quality records, SOPs, test reports, and audit logs. Handle non-conformance reports and CAPA.

• Identify defects, root causes, and suggest corrective/preventive actions to reduce waste and rework .

• Conduct internal audits and support external audits from clients or regulatory bodies

• Train staff on quality procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Investigate complaints, analyze trends, and coordinate solutions with production/operations.

• Check vendor materials and ensure suppliers meet quality requirements.
