Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze future style and do preproduction activities for ensuring back to back layout change.
Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of style according to floor/line strength, & capacity.
Make capacity graph and balance the line to achieve targeted efficiency.
Increase skill inventory and record to meet the future demand.
Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation.
Do the time & method study to upskill the unskilled operator.
Deskill the process and reduce SMV by method study and automation.
Monitor the ETS system running with proper function.
Able to prepare the style bulletin accurately with correct SMV.
Any other task given by management.
