Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• Candidates with relevant professional experience in garments IE will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of woven garments manufacturing processes and production systems.

• Good command of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of IE tools, production planning, and productivity improvement techniques.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Good leadership and team-management capability.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

1. Prepare and analyze production capacity, line loading, and manpower requirements for woven garments production.

2. Conduct Time Study, Motion Study, Method Study, and Work Measurement to establish accurate SMV/SAM.

3. Develop and implement efficient line layout, operation bulletin, and workstation arrangements.

4. Monitor line efficiency, productivity, target achievement, DHU, bottleneck operations, and production performance.

5. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve line efficiency and output.

6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports, efficiency reports, capacity reports, and productivity analysis.

7. Set hourly production targets and monitor actual production against targets.

8. Analyze manpower utilization, machine utilization, absenteeism, and line balancing.

9. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Merchandising, and other relevant departments to achieve production targets.

10. Support new style/product development through SMV calculation, capacity planning, operation breakdown, and line setting.

11. Conduct line balancing and layout optimization for different woven garments styles.

12. Analyze loss time and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction.

13. Ensure proper implementation of IE systems and standards throughout the production floor.

14. Prepare and present management reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

15. Lead and guide junior IE team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
