Experience:

• 2 to 6 years

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Equivalent in related field.

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of garment production and merchandising process.

• Experience handling international buyers.

• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and accessories sourcing.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Receive and review purchase orders, tech packs, and buyer requirements.

• Ensure all order details (style, quantity, fabric, trims, packing) are correctly understood.

• Coordinate internal teams for smooth order execution.

• Work with design and sampling teams to develop samples (Proto, Fit, PP, Size set, etc.).

• Ensure samples meet buyer requirements and deadlines.

• Follow up on sample approvals.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Prepare accurate costing and price negotiations with buyers.

• Work with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

• Monitor production planning and progress.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams.

• Ensure orders are produced according to approved samples and specifications.
