Experience:

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

• Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Diploma or training in Merchandising will be an added advantage.

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

• Age 30 to 48 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sweater & Knit merchandising, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

• In-depth knowledge of sweater & Knit production processes, yarn, fabric and accessories.

• Experience in managing large-scale orders and working with international buyers.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software

• Fluency in English and Bengali (additional foreign language skills preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Industry Experience: Apparel & Textile industry, specifically Sweater Merchandising with knowledge of yarn, accessories, and sweater production processes.

• Proven ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines under pressure.

Location: 172 (Eastern Road), Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka-1206.

Job Responsibilities:

• As team leader the entire merchandising process, from order acquisition to shipment, ensuring timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.

• Prepare and analyze costing sheets, negotiate prices, and finalize orders with buyers.

• Monitor production progress and resolve any issues that arise to meet quality and timeline expectations.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure buyer requirements are met.

• Source materials and negotiate with suppliers for the best price, quality, and delivery schedule.

• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Provide regular updates to buyers and management regarding order status and challenges.
