Responsibilities & Context:

Prepare daily and weekly dyeing machine production plans according to order requirements.
Allocate dyeing machines based on machine capacity, fabric type, shade, lot size, and production priority.
Coordinate with Production, Dyeing, Lab, Merchandising, Store, and Quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor machine loading and production progress against the plan.
Reschedule production plans when there are machine breakdowns, urgent orders, shade issues, or other production constraints.
Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize idle time, waiting time, and production delays.
Follow up on batch status from grey fabric receiving through dyeing and finishing.
Maintain production planning records, reports, and daily machine loading statements.
Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks.
Prepare daily production reports and communicate planning updates to management.
