A hands-on IE professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and practical experience in garment production. Good English communication skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Line balancing, manpower planning & capacity calculation

SMV/SAM, time study & method study

Production efficiency, productivity & target monitoring

Operation Breakdown (OB) and line loading

Identify bottlenecks and improve production flow

WIP monitoring and production loss analysis

Support Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives

Prepare IE reports and performance analysis

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on IE professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and practical experience in garment production. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
