Experience:
Experience managing the Technical Department of a large-scale knit garment manufacturing factory with approximately 80 sewing lines.
Strong hands-on experience supporting bulk production on the sewing floor.
Proven experience leading technical teams in export-oriented garment manufacturing.
Extensive technical expertise in manufacturing:
T-Shirts, Polo Shirts. Hoodies Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, Children's (Kids') Knit Garments.
Experience working with internationally recognized apparel brands and retailers is highly preferred.

To strengthen our Technical Department, we are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Technical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all technical activities from sample development to bulk production.
Review customer Tech Packs, garment construction, workmanship standards, measurements, and specifications.
Conduct technical feasibility analysis and identify potential production risks before manufacturing.
Develop technical solutions to improve manufacturability, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure all technical documentation is complete and accurately communicated to all departments.
Provide strong technical leadership during bulk production on the sewing floor.
Monitor sewing operations to ensure garments are produced according to approved samples, buyer specifications, and quality standards.
Support Production teams by resolving technical and garment construction issues in real time.
Analyze sewing methods, machine settings, operation breakdowns, and production flow to improve productivity.
Conduct regular production floor audits to identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure smooth style changeovers and successful execution of new products in production.
Minimize defects, repairs, alterations, rework, and production downtime through proactive technical support.
Review and approve PP Samples, Size Set Samples, Pilot Run Samples, TOP Samples, and other development samples before bulk production.
Lead Pre-Production (PP) meetings and ensure technical readiness before production starts.
Ensure all garments comply with buyer specifications, measurements, garment fit, workmanship, and construction requirements.
Drive Right First Time (RFT) and First Pass Quality (FPQ) performance.
Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Work closely with QA to reduce customer complaints and improve product quality.
Coordinate effectively with Merchandising, Product Development, Production, IE, QA, Planning, Washing, Finishing, and Compliance departments.
Participate in buyer meetings, technical discussions, audits, and factory visits.
Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Train Technical Officers, Technical Executives, Supervisors, Line Technicians, and Sewing Teams.
Improve technical competency in garment construction, sewing methods, quality standards, and production troubleshooting.
