• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Supply Chain Management, Accounting

• Only Male

• This is for General Store, so, fabric word should not use,

• Prepare ERP base Requisition , Prepare and update stock of every individual commodity,

• Maintain Store accounts and Inventory procedure for Fabric.

• Inventory procedure for Accessories.

• Maintain accurate records of all material receipts and issues in the Store Register, Bin Cards, and ERP/SAP system.

• Operate ERP/SAP efficiently to record, monitor and manage all inventory transactions.

• Prepare and maintain store-related reports and records using Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Record all gate pass transactions daily and ensure reconciliation with ERP/SAP records.

• Receive materials from suppliers by verifying quantity, quality, and supporting documents in coordination with the QC department.

• Maintain proper documentation of all material receipts, issues, transfers, and other store transactions for audit and future reference.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory, stock, receiving, and material transfer reports while ensuring inventory accuracy.

• Having knowledge about Bill, Voucher, etc.

• To ensure material accountability and transparency through various registers and reports and assist in material receiving as per MRF & PO·

• To ensure safety and assist to security for all kinds of materials·

• To ensure assisting materials issue at site in the right time and right way and also confirm actual consumption·

• Prepare accurate report & presentation of cost saving, wastage reduce.

• Over stock control & inventory process implementation.

• Reconciliation inventory & purchase.

• Surplus/unused stock supervision & report creation.

• Physical inventory continuing as per inventory.

• In absence of other inventory personnel to carry on the regular activities of the department.
