• Good knowledge in Denim Fabric Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing.

Job Context:

We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales & Marketing" for Argon Denims Ltd. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Description:

• Develop sales & marketing plan.

• Full fill monthly sales target of denim fabric.

• Ensure order quantity and profitability.

• Strong knowledge on stakeholder management and negotiation.

• Collect buyer’s acceptance, Merchandising, Production and delivery follow up.

• Monitor Quality problems of product, price analysis & other relevant functions of Marketing.

• Monitor of overall costing & production.

• Proper communication with buyer’s and suppliers simultaneously.

• Responsible for product development, order negotiation, order execution, pre-final & post-final formalities.

• Ensure on time shipment.

• Coordinate with production, QA, Buying office representative QC/3rd party ETC.

• Salary Review: Yearly.
