Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive - Weaving (Textiles Division)" for our factory, Located at Vill: Beraiderchala, P.O: Gilaberaid, P.S: Sreepur, Dist: Gazipur. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
1. Production Management
To maintain high operational efficiency and consistent production levels.
Ensure optimum utilization of weaving machines.
Coordinate with planning team to meet delivery schedules.
2. Machine & Process Monitoring
Supervise loom setup, style changeover, and troubleshooting.
Ensure machines are running at standard efficiency levels.
Identify and resolve technical issues with maintenance team.
3. Quality Control
Ensure fabric quality as per buyer specifications.
Monitor defects and work closely with QA team to reduce rejection rate.
4. Workforce Supervision
Supervise operators, helpers, and technicians.
Ensure proper shift management and manpower allocation.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Follow industrial safety standards and housekeeping practices (5S).
