• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Logistics will be an added advantage

• Sound knowledge of warehouse safety practices and inventory control procedures.

• Experience in ERP-based warehouse management systems.

Job Context:

To lead and manage warehouse operations by ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, material handling and timely issuance of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and inventory control.

• Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, issuance and dispatch of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP and regular physical stock verification.

• Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems and space utilization for operational efficiency.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement, Production and Planning to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

• Ensure compliance with FIFO/LIFO and other inventory management practices where applicable.

• Minimize inventory discrepancies, material damage, losses and obsolete stock through effective controls.

• Lead periodic cycle counts and annual stock audits, ensuring timely reconciliation of inventory variances.

• Ensure proper documentation and accurate reporting of all warehouse transactions.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Develop, train and supervise warehouse personnel to improve productivity and operational performance.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and material availability.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
