Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and inspect incoming products to ensure they meet technical specifications for design, color, measurement, performance, and appearance.
Conduct in-line and final inspections at factories, ensuring compliance with buyer's standards and quality requirements.
Implement and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection and test records.
Coordinate with the office team on day-to-day activities.
Implement buyer's comments and work manuals, ensuring quality standards are followed in the production factory.
Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary countermeasures.
Collaborate with factory management to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards & provide technical support.
