Responsibilities & Context:
Follow all SMS & Pre-production wash submissions as per buyer wash standards & approve references.
Coordinate with wash houses to ensure SMS washes achieve the
correct color, Shade, hand feel & effect as per buyer requirement .Review & approve SMS wash results against confirmed standards before submission to buyer or office.
Visit wash factories regularly during bulk production to monitor wash quality & consistency
Monitor & Ensure correct hand feel, Surface texture and overall
wash appearance match the approved bulk standards.
Ensure all chemical usage and wash process comply with buyer chemical compliance requirements .
