Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and inspect incoming products to ensure they meet technical specifications for design, color, measurement, performance, and appearance.
∎ Conduct in-line and final inspections at factories, ensuring compliance with buyer's standards and quality requirements.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection and test records.
∎ Coordinate with the office team on day-to-day activities.
∎ Implement buyer's comments and work manuals, ensuring quality standards are followed in the production factory.
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary countermeasures.
∎ Collaborate with factory management to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards & provide technical support.
