We are a well-established export-oriented Woven apparel manufacturing organization engaged in international market supply. We are looking for a competent professional for the position of AGM/GM – Production & IE.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading production operations along with industrial engineering functions to ensure efficiency, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall production operations across multiple lines and ensure smooth workflow execution

• Monitor production targets, output performance, and efficiency against planned schedules

• Ensure proper execution of production plans in coordination with planning and merchandising functions

• Oversee SMV, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives across production floors

• Drive industrial engineering activities including process improvement, layout optimization, and capacity utilization

• Ensure effective implementation of T&A plans to achieve shipment deadlines

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve flow and efficiency

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources

• Maintain quality standards throughout production and minimize rework and rejection

• Work closely with QA, technical, and planning teams to ensure smooth pre-production and bulk execution

• Analyze production data, KPIs, and efficiency reports for continuous improvement and reporting

• Implement lean manufacturing practices such as waste reduction, 5S, and process standardization

• Ensure accurate SMV setting and support costing-related activities when required

• Manage workforce planning, skill development, and operational discipline across production teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, labor law, buyer requirements, and audit standards

• Support use of production monitoring systems (MIS/ERP) for real-time tracking and reporting

• Handle production disruptions and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges

• Provide input to management on capacity planning and operational improvement initiatives
