• Only Male

• Minimum 20 years’ experience working in a garment factory in cutting section.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Cutting Section

• Capable of manpower planning, team supervision, and coordination with production and merchandising teams.

• Able to monitor fabric reconciliation, minimize wastage and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Oversee the entire fabric cutting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop and implement cutting schedules to meet production targets.

• Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.

• Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.

• Meeting with the production manager and discussion about cut plan.

• Cutting quality and fusing quality control.

• To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.

• Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut. Any other task assigned by the Management.

• Salary Review: Yearly
