Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure products meet customer quality standards and compliance requirements.
Conduct quality audits and in-line quality checks.
Monitor production quality, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Review first output garments against approved samples and measurements.
Coordinate with Production, IE, and Management to resolve quality concerns.
Maintain quality reports daily and present them to management.
Ensure all testing is completed and approved before shipment.
Train, evaluate, and develop QA team members while maintaining floor discipline.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
