Strong knowledge of garments manufacturing processes including cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, compliance and supply chain coordination.
Ensure smooth daily operation of the factory to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and optimize operational cost.
Handle crisis management and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
