Experience:
Should have experience at least 10 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position as `Manager` for 03 years in any renowned woven garments industry.Proven track record of successful project coordination from start to finishExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. The candidates should have interest to work in head office and factory.The candidates should have interest to visit more.
Understand the goals, objectives, and strategies of the company in order to develop and implement plans.
Understand the company`s customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, and manage relationships with them effectively.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Write project proposals and business cases to secure funding and resources for new initiatives.
Coordination with marketing and merchandising team.
Coordination with HR, Admin & Compliance, Accounts & finance Team.
Coordination with Commercial Team.
Coordination with Supply Chain and procurement .
Develop a deep understanding of the company`s products, services, and processes
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective operations
Prepare reports for senior management on the status of key projects and operational metrics
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
Creating and updating employee training programs to ensure that all staff members are familiar with current policies and procedures
Preparing requisition, coordinate with proposal to management, execute through proper approval.
Reviewing financial statements and other reports prepared by staff accountants or in-house accounting departments Monitoring employee attendance, productivity levels, and performance to ensure that goals are being met
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget requirements
Reviewing applications for loans, leases, or other types of contracts to ensure that all information is complete and accurate
Communicating with clients about product updates and other information about their accounts.
Employee Training: To motivate employees and enrich their knowledge in certain areas training program is arranged by him.
Inter departmental issues: Ensures smooth flow of information and material from one department to another. Resolves inter-departmental issues if there is any.
