Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Should be Diploma / B. Sc in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Production Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering is Preferable.
• MBA degree is treated as added advantage.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Should have experience at least 18 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position as 'Chief Operating Officer/ Equivalent level in operation' for 03 years in any renowned Textiles Mills ( Woven Garments).
• Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives. Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuation, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
• Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
• Having Strong Administrative Control and Project Management Capabilities is must.
• Knowledge on project development and coordination is must.
• Knowledge of Strong HR Control system, Performance evaluation and skill development, Training knowledge will be added advantage.  
• Must have Knowledge on labor law, EPZ rules & regulation related to administration, HR, Customs, Bond, Commercial and accounts.
• Must well enough Experience on QMS.
• Experience in Garments and Textile, Composit Unit and Woven is must.

• The incumbent shall be responsible to look after the overall factory operation including buyer handling, meet up buyer requirements, CAPA, Production, Merchandising, QC, Sales & Marketing, Commercial, Administrations, logistics etc. Assist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
• Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting up its short-and long-term objectives. 
• Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Management to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. 
• Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the company to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of all executives are clearly defined and understood.
• Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization· Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
• Ensure development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate.
• Business developments, meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independently.
• Owns operational implications of cross-departmental project initiatives.
• Recommends policy changes.
• Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
• Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals·
• Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Chairman and Managing Director accordingly.
