• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Woven Manufacturing

• Age 28 to 45 years
• Only Male

·        5–12+ years of relevant experience in IE & Planning within a Denim garment manufacturing industry.

·        Strong knowledge of capacity planning, line balancing, work study, method study, and production planning.

·        Proficiency in Excel, production planning tools, and data analysis.

·        Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently and support multiple departments under tight deadlines.

·        Good in English (Written & Spoken).

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant Manager– IE & Planning for our export-focused woven denim manufacturing operation.

Key Requirements:

1. Industrial Engineering & Productivity Management:

• Lead Industrial Engineering functions to achieve operational excellence.

• Conduct capacity planning, line balancing, manpower planning, and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Analyze SMV, efficiency, capacity utilization, and production performance data.

• Drive lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and continuous improvement projects.

2. Production Planning & Control:

• Develop and monitor production plans to ensure on-time shipment performance.

• Monitor WIP, bottlenecks, critical path, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution:

• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

4. Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support:

• Prepare management reports, production forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards.

• Provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
