Job Context:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR & Compliance to manage human resource & compliance operations and ensure full compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and factory social compliance standards.
The role will support both HR operational activities and factory compliance systems in line with international retailer requirements (e.g., Primark & H&M or equivalent standards).
Job Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Assist in day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll support, and employee records.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of factory workers and staff.
Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and buyer social compliance standards.
Support implementation of Code of Conduct requirements and internal compliance policies.
Maintain records related to working hours, wages, safety, and employee welfare.
Prepare for and support social audits, buyer audits, and third-party inspections.
Conduct Monthly Internal Audit, Prepare Report and Implement CAPs
Factory Compliance & Audit Support
Coordinate with production and administration teams to ensure audit readiness.
Assist in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) follow-ups for audit findings.
Maintain compliance documentation and audit evidence files.
Support implementation of corrective actions as per audit requirements.
Employee Welfare & Workplace Environment
Support welfare initiatives, worker engagement activities, and communication programs.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and welfare standards.
Promote a positive and compliant working environment within the factory.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audit outcomes.
Support management with data for decision-making and improvement actions.
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of labor law, factory compliance, and buyer social audit requirements.
· Experience in handling social audits (Primark / H&M or equivalent) is preferred.
