• Age 25 to 40 years

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a reputed garment manufacturing company.

Proven experience in managing a large sewing operation with 500 machines or above.

Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Sound knowledge of garment production processes and productivity improvement.

Ability to handle multiple production lines effectively.

Plan, organize, and control all sewing production activities.

Manage and monitor two sewing floors with approximately 500 machines.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

Improve productivity and optimize manpower utilization.

Coordinate with IE, Planning, Quality, Technical, and Maintenance teams.

Minimize production losses and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.
